Oluniyi O. Fadare is a researcher at the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences (RCEES, CAS), where he obtained his Ph.D. in Environmental Science. He specialized in analytical environmental Chemistry and ecotoxicology, with a special focus on the routes and effects of micro(nano)plastics and microparticles on aquatic organisms and their potential impacts on humans. He has specific expertise in genomic information from the effects of environmental stressors on aquatic organisms in freshwater ecosystems. The potential impact of microplastics on human and his environment. He is currently investigating the abundance of microplastics and the impact of marine organisms along the Gulf of Guinea in Nigeria.
